We joke about wording. Supplied prices, sizes, and room counts are quoted as given, never altered or embellished. We don't invent defects or treat inference as fact.

Fictional examples

Every demo listing, address, neighborhood, and agent on this site is invented. Illustrations are illustrative demo imagery, not photographs of real properties.

Curb Disappeal was created by Dr./Prof. Billy Riggs based on his humorous experiences in Bay Area real estate; where even the worst properties have "character". Content is independently authored and not affiliated with any brokerage, listing service, or publication, and makes no claims about any named agent.

How the translator works

Text and photos you add are processed with AI to classify the gallery and write the satire. Nothing is saved unless you choose to post. Posted stories, your display name and any photos you have the right to share are stored and shown publicly; your email never is.

Where listings come from

Daily Edition stories use contributed listings entered by the editors with recorded permission. Community stories are posted by readers who confirm they may share the text. No licensed listing feed is connected yet. Fictional examples are kept in the demo area.

The photo audit

Counts are entered by you. No machine vision runs. A neighborhood-heavy gallery is an editorial observation, not evidence of anything.

Future integrations

Any future connection to real listing data would only happen through properly licensed feeds. Until then, links you enter are references only and are never fetched.
